xbaaje Terms and Conditions

Welcome to xbaaje.cam. These terms and conditions ("Terms") form a legally binding agreement between the xbaaje platform ("Platform" or "we") and its users ("you" or "Member"). By accessing the Platform or creating an account, you fully agree to these Terms.

The key definitions used in these Terms are as follows:

• "Platform" — The xbaaje.cam website and all its services, games and features.
• "Member" — Any person who holds a registered account on xbaaje.
• "Account Balance" — The amount of funds deposited in a Member's account.
• "Bonus" — Any free or conditional reward granted by xbaaje.
• "Wagering Requirement" — The amount that must be wagered before a bonus can be withdrawn.

To create an account and play on the xbaaje platform, you must meet the following eligibility criteria:

• You must be at least 21 years old. This platform is strictly prohibited for anyone under the age of 21.
• You must open an account in your own name, and all information provided at the time of registration must be true and accurate.
• Each person may hold only one account. If the same person creates multiple accounts, all accounts may be closed.
• You may not create or manage an account on behalf of another person.

At registration you must provide your correct name, date of birth, email address and mobile number. As part of the identity verification (KYC) process, xbaaje may request proof of identity or address at any time. Withdrawals may be temporarily suspended if required documents are not submitted.

The security of your xbaaje account is entirely your responsibility. Please keep the following in mind:

3.1 Login Credential Security

Do not share your username and password with anyone. If someone accesses your account without authorisation, notify our support team immediately. Use a strong password and change it regularly.

3.2 Account Inactivity

If there are no transactions on your account for 12 consecutive months, it will be considered inactive. An administrative fee may apply to inactive accounts, but you will be informed in advance.

3.3 Account Verification

Before a withdrawal request is made, or after a certain amount has been deposited, xbaaje reserves the right to verify your identity. This process may require a copy of your national identity card, passport or driving licence.

xbaaje supports the most widely used mobile banking and digital payment methods in Bangladesh. The detailed terms for transactions are set out below:

4.1 Deposit Terms

• The minimum deposit amount is ৳200 for each method.
• Deposit funds must come only from your own bank or mobile account — third-party payments are not accepted.
• If you experience any technical issue during a deposit, contact us via live chat immediately.

4.2 Withdrawal Terms

• The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳1,000.
• Withdrawals are generally processed within 10 to 45 minutes.
• Withdrawals can only be made to an account registered in your own name.
• Withdrawals cannot be made while an active bonus wagering requirement is incomplete — see Section 5 for details.
• If identity verification is not complete, processing of withdrawal requests may be delayed.

xbaaje offers various types of bonuses and promotional offers for new and existing members. All bonuses are subject to specific terms.

5.1 Welcome Bonus

New members will receive a 120% bonus up to a maximum of ৳15,000 on their first deposit. Examples of bonus calculation:

• Deposit ৳1,000 → Bonus ৳1,200 → Total balance ৳2,200
• Deposit ৳26,000 or more → Bonus capped at ৳15,000 → Total balance ৳41,000

5.2 Wagering Requirement

To withdraw the welcome bonus, you must wager 15 times the bonus amount (15x wagering requirement). For example, if you receive a ৳1,200 bonus, you must place a total of ৳18,000 in bets before withdrawing.

5.3 General Bonus Terms

• A bonus cannot be claimed more than once.
• Multiple bonuses cannot be active at the same time.
• A bonus is only for the member whose account received it — it is not transferable.
• When playing with bonus funds, xbaaje may impose restrictions on certain games.
• xbaaje reserves the right to change, suspend or cancel any bonus offer.
• If the terms of a bonus are not met, the bonus and any winnings earned from it may be forfeited.

5.4 VIP Programme

There are four VIP levels on xbaaje. Each level comes with a weekly cashback benefit:

• Bronze — up to 0.2% weekly cashback
• Silver — up to 0.4% weekly cashback
• Gold — up to 0.6% weekly cashback
• Platinum — up to 0.8% weekly cashback

VIP level progression depends on your active participation on the Platform. Separate wagering conditions apply to cashback benefits.

All games on xbaaje are operated under fair play principles. Game outcomes are determined by Random Number Generator (RNG) technology, which is impartial and transparent.

6.1 Fair Play Policy

• All games are conducted honestly and fairly.
• If a complaint is received about manipulation of a game outcome, xbaaje reserves the right to investigate.
• If a game is interrupted due to a technical fault, xbaaje reserves the right to return the wager.

6.2 Betting Limits

Each game has its own minimum and maximum betting limits, which are clearly displayed before the game starts. Additional restrictions on betting limits may apply when using bonus funds.

6.3 Technical Issues

If a game is interrupted mid-way due to loss of internet connection or a technical issue on the Platform, xbaaje will resolve the situation according to system logs. In such cases, xbaaje's decision will be considered final.

The following activities are strictly prohibited. Violations may result in account closure and balance forfeiture:

• Providing false or incorrect information when creating an account.
• Creating or operating multiple accounts.
• Strategic betting with the intent to circumvent bonus terms (bonus abuse).
• Transferring funds to other members or placing collusive bets.
• Using any automated software or bots.
• Interfering with the Platform's security systems or attempting to hack.
• Money laundering or using funds from illegal sources.
• Harassing other members or engaging in inappropriate behaviour.

xbaaje treats the protection of your personal information as its highest priority. We keep your data secure using SSL encryption technology.

xbaaje does not sell your information to third parties. However, it may be required to share information with authorities to meet legal obligations or to prevent financial crime.

10.1 Closure by Member

You can request to close your account at any time by contacting us via live chat or by emailing [email protected]. Any remaining balance should be withdrawn before closure, as it may not be possible to return the balance of a closed account after a certain period of time.

10.2 Cancellation by xbaaje

xbaaje may temporarily suspend or permanently cancel your account in the following circumstances:

• Violation of any clause of these Terms and Conditions.
• Failure to verify identity or providing false information.
• Evidence of suspicious financial activity or fraud.
• Legal or regulatory reasons.

If there is a valid balance at the time of account cancellation, it will be returned once the investigation is complete, however bonus funds are non-refundable.

The xbaaje platform is provided on an "as is" basis. We do not accept any responsibility for the following:

• If a game is interrupted due to internet connection issues.
• If damage occurs due to software or hardware issues on your device.
• If damage occurs due to unauthorized third-party access, where you have not kept your login credentials secure.
• Any financial loss due to temporary unavailability of the platform.

xbaaje does not provide any financial guarantee on the outcome of your bets. All bets are placed voluntarily and the member bears full responsibility for any losses.

xbaaje reserves the right to modify these rules and terms and conditions at any time. In the case of significant changes, we will endeavour to provide members with reasonable advance notice.

Continued use of the platform after any changes will be taken as your acceptance of the revised terms. We therefore recommend reviewing this page regularly.
